Large Corporates and International (LCI) serves DNB’s largest Norwegian and international corporate customers and is responsible for the bank’s international banking operations in 18 countries. We emphasise strong industry expertise and relationship building when serving our customers. DNB has above NOK 500 bn in loan exposure to large corporate clients and is one of the world’s leading Shipping, Seafood and Energy banks as well as a market leader in several Norwegian and Nordic markets such as Retail, Commercial real estate and Healthcare.
The International Corporates Division (IC) has the overall responsibility for DNB’s large corporate clients within the industry sectors Power and Renewables, Manufacturing Industries, Healthcare, and Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT). The division employs more than 90 people around the globe.
We are now seeking an Industry Specialist for our Healthcare team in Stockholm. Your primary undertaking as industry specialist will be to use your expertise and network to proactively move IC Healthcare’s market positions forward by demonstrating our ability to provide industry specific advice to our clients and prospects, as well as contributing to the further development of DNB’s institutional industry competence. You will cooperate closely with our Customer Teams, Customer Analysis section (CAS), the Investment Banking Division (IBD), and other relevant product areas within the bank.

Promote DNB’s industry expertise and capabilities as the Nordic healthcare bank with clients, prospects, banks, media and other relevant stakeholders
Drive activities promoting DNB’s role as a supporter of the domestic HC industry through arranging and participating at conferences/events and contributing to positive media activities
Support customer teams in developing pitches, including preparation of necessary material and presentations, ensuring we take full advantage of our strong industry competence
Responsible for maintaining and further developing the positive relationships we have with external partners, industry organizations, and clusters
Seek and share industry knowledge with customer teams and decision-makers
Live by and promote DNBs purpose and values, and safeguard and develop DNB’s reputation
Participate in relevant projects and other tasks allocated by management
Competence requirements:
Higher academic education at University level, preferably including medical degree. Extensive experience from the healthcare industry can compensate for the lack of medical education
In-depth knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem including its regulatory framework
Good track record and documented results from relevant organizations/companies
Good track record from working effectively in customer teams
International experience
Sound business judgement and understanding
Sound understanding of credit and risk
Sound knowledge of capital markets
Fluent English
